Ballad has a Physical Therapy Department at the back end of the Lifetime Wellness Center which I attend. The pt staff is extremely supportive and will bend over backwards for their clients and their rehab progress. The Wellness Center is clean, well lit and maintained. The center offers various activities including basket ballcourts which also functions as pickle ball courts, there is an indoor track on the 2nd floor along with workout machines and weight. I go here for therapy only. My experience has been good so far.
Nice, clean and friendly place to work out.
