Our meeting was in a room that shared a door with the gymnasium! So noisy we couldn't hear! Such poor architectural design. Maybe they could add some sound-proofing.
Great place to fully exercise with an outstanding staff to help if needed. Always clean and sanitary.

Good place for the family very friendly and kind people
Cost a lot more than Abingdon's wellness center and doesn't have an outdoor pool like Abingdon. Also, cancelation policy is annoying for a month to month membership is annoying. You have to cancel in person and even though we canceled 2 weeks before the next month started we still had to pay the whole month. So after we canceled we were still obligated to pay the next 45 days before our cancelation took effect.
