I attended the second Body Positivity and Intuitive Eating workshop today at Lifetime Therapy. I have to say, I feel that it’s one of the most important gifts that anyone could give to themselves; to attend one (or more!) of these days that are inspiring, informative and uplifting - offering freedom from the capitalist diet culture that has trained us since birth to feel ‘not good enough’.
