Awesome people, awesome products! I bought a 15x8 shed, and Jackson and Kellen came out today to assemble it. I was so impressed with them and the quality of their work! They were great to work with, worked quickly and efficiently, and the shed turned out perfect. I highly recommend the Lifetime Store and their products and service!

Bought a playset a year ago that was installed with the slide about 2 feet from a rock. Asked them to come back to rotate it- it’s a simple, small, circular tower (see photo) so i thought it wouldn’t be an issue. Turns out… it is a big issue. After not hearing back for 6 months, I called to get an update on when they could come back & fix the issue. But they fired their installation manager and basically told me they cannot honor anything he told me & “sorry for the inconvenience”. The store manager was rude when we spoke on... read more
