Absolutely horrible products and a complete lack of customer service. They shipped a kayak with the manufacturing debris inside and I have spent hours cleaning it out and inspecting it to make sure it wouldn’t sink the first time it went onto the water. Broken eyelets for the seat and broken bungee that took two weeks and to resolve and the employee was very rude.
