I had such a great experience here. I was traveling through the Black Hills with my family and I needed a small part for my Signia hearing aids. I called so many other stores in Rapid City who weren’t able to help me. This one? Absolutely amazing! Efficient, kind, affordable. Very helpful! While shopping nearby my right hearing aid stopped working. I am here working for the summer and my hearing specialist is in Arizona so I could not see him. Looked on my phone for a nearby specialist and Lifetime was only about 1/2 mile away. I walked in without an appointment and Cassandra took me right in and shortly found the issue, and got my hearing aid working again. Thank you for helping someone that is not a regular patient.
Cassandra is the best. She listens and will fix any problem that you have with your hearing aids.
