Installed a boat lift last year. First time trying to use it this summer, key fob wouldn’t work and the led light installed over my gangway wouldn’t work. Having to manually lift and raise the lift because something is defective with the valve. They said they don’t warranty Lake Lifter lifts, only HydroHoist lifts. So they’re selling products and refusing to back up their installs and putting it on the manufacturer and the end customer to diagnose and self-repair. Lifetime Docks staff have helped me at Deerfield Resort many times. Always ready to keep me boating and not working on my dock or lift.
I have contacted Patrick numerous times to measure for a Touchless boat cover. Several times he said he would come out to measure . He never did and then stopped responding to my emails .
