I found manager Tracey to be very dismissive when I wanted to express my feelings and feel heard after our phone call was disconnected and she did not call me back till after about a week or so. Later when an issue arose Tracey did not call me back to discuss it after my several attempts to respond. She just cut me off from plan management and sadly also my support coordination which I originally joined for just for that. What she did was nasty. They were my daughter's NDIS plan managers from 2021, they were taking upwards of 2-3 weeks to pay invoices so I had providers chasing me. The did below the bare minimum they were paid for. Changed providers and now invoices are paid within 48 hours.
