Leanne and Dr. Bart gave me the tools, encouragement and support to reach my weight loss goals and to maintain a healthy lifestyle going forward! It has changed my energy, sleep and over all well being. It has improved my running and I'm getting back to the miles and times I used to be running! This program works! I lost 20 lbs on a healthy plan that I can continue the rest of my life. Bart and LeAnne are fantastic.
Talked with the Doctor and assistant about weight, habits and etc. For weight loss. Nice atmosphere in the office.
