This multifaceted weight control program was individualized specifically for me. I reported my weight each day and received daily feedback and support from a professional staff member. This program allowed me to reach my weight reduction goals in a healthy manner while enjoying satisfying meals. I enthusiastically recommend this approach to losing weight in a healthy way.
