Absolutely disappointed in this store! We did our due diligence, asking all the right questions. 1) what is there are broken tiles? A) dont worry, rarely happens, and we replace right away Absolute lie. We received NINE boxes of broken, smashed, crushed, dirty, nasty tile - Cost us nothing but money. Over a week in delays, delayed tile guys, *********************. Lifestyles Ceramic Tile- for ALL your tile flooring needs!! Special ordered an item and agreed to pay $35 fee to get overnight. Store mistakenly ordered wrong item and apologized and said they would reorder but if I needed overnight I would have to pay an additional 35. for the shipping a second time. This is per the owner. Asked to talk to owner and was told his policy is he does not speak to customers. I was told to talk to manager, but he wouldn't be in until the following day which would not allow us to get item in time. Store associate asked him again to speak to us and again he... read more

As a seasoned design professional for over 10 years I have purchased and been involved in countless tile purchases. By far this place is the worst. Very Poor customer service and rude ownership. Do yourself a favor and shop else where. One star because you have to give them a rating. In reality it is a negative 10.

we bought tile here for our bathroom,went back to get marble thresh hold,brought it home and noticed it was broken,the tile installer and I were the only ones here and I was the one who put it in the house so I called right away and was told sorry we can't help who walks on it..really?? it wasn't even installed yet,I was told all we can do is sell you a whole new piece,I would never buy tile here again ar refer anyone..as a business owner I know the value of customer service and this place lacks it completely..it got a 1 sta... read more
