The village is very pretty, the facilities are maintained nicely. The ongoing fees and deferred management fees are a considerable expense. There are lot of rules, that can impact your freedom of choice. A big one is if you unexpectedly have to care for a loved one , they may not be able to live with you. This happened to us and we choose to sell in order to care for our family member. It was a difficult time
