The garage door was delivered in a bullet proof cardboard tube 3/8 in thick! The other boxes where packed well with a book of instructions and of course YouTube videos. Awesome experience. Unfortunately, I purchased this from the manufacturer with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. It seems that the Limited Lifetime warranty runs out after a year on door parts. So buyer beware. From Lifestyle support: Genius actually manufactured those doors and since it has been longer than a year I wouldn't be able to warranty it to you.
Screen came to my home damaged poor packaging and wrong size was sent to me now company is trying to charge me $200 to ship back to them .
