Nothing but the best with this group. The entire experience end to end was better then anybody else I’ve worked with, and I’ve been in real estate for almost a decade. First off, their quick with the pre approval loan process. Tyler was able to get my pre approval done within 48 hours, and then pushed the loan thru shortly after for a clear to close. Mike is one of the best negotiators I know. He was able to get $100K under original asking price, and there aren’t many who can do that. 20/10!
