Excellent to work with, hands down! Serenity was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient with us, helped us with measurements, and explained the benefits of the material on the couch we selected. She also didn't hover and was readily available for any questions. Serenity explained the warranty and gave us some tips to remember. The delivery crew was amazing as well. They were careful, attentive, and nice. I would definitely come here again for furniture needs and highly recommend Serenity!

Needed to replace our furniture after 12 years. We decided to stop in and look after seeing the 50% off sign on the sidewalk. We ended up with a sectional at an great price we couldn't beat it compared to other local stores. Customer service 5 stars - Tracy was fantastic at answering and looking up all our questions in person and through text message! Dottie was also helpful and super friendly.
