AVOID AT ALL COSTS (UNLESS YOU ARE A FURNITURE REPAIRER!) We purchased a coffee table with a lifting top back in February 2021. By the end of August the hinge had broken and all of the corners were pulling apart, exposing the nails holding it together. We contacted Lifestyle Furniture UK several times and were assured on each occasion that someone would email us back. after 3 or 4 calls, we eventually did get get a response. Shocking company. Customer service awful! Ordered draws in August, now telling us not available until December. We had to chase them the whole time! Then they had the cheek to offer us £15 if we didn't cancel! Go to a reputable company that is well known.
Wouldn't have even given them 1 star if I had a choice. Item still not received. All emails and messagener messages ignored. Phones not answered. Now having to reclaim my money. Please don't use.
Do not ever buy anything from here. Bed arrived after a month. Wrong sized slats, a wk later they arrive minus the end slat with cut outs, I still don't have that. The most shoddy place I've ever had the misfortune of spending money.
Terrible experience. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. 4 months to get only part of my order. Phone call after phone call and they gave me free delivery and that's it. Emails ignored. STILL MISSING ITEM.
