Absolutely rubbish! Their customer service is DISGUSTING!! I paid for an item,in full in May, they promised the item by August, Then they stated it might be September. They hold your money full of promises and warm words. I eventually received a full refund after haggling. AVOID
Never order from this company ! I ordered table and chairs a few months ago and am still having ongoing issues. I have had broken table legs, miss fitting chair legs bad communication, manager and staff all very poor in communication and actually taking ownership of anything. Many deliveries and collections and still now i am having ongoing issues with Lifestyle Furniture not cancelling my credit agreement even though they have collected what i had left of the delivery. ordered 1400 pounds worth of furniture over 3 weeks ago paid extra for delivery on the day of delivery had to chase order as I hadn't heard anything and,some how they had lost it and it wasn't coming no sorry and then they couldn't tell me when it would get to me so I cancelled order but they didn't even seem bothered so be aware people. not even sure if it's a real company or a scam
Poor customer service. Orderd 2 extra stools. Sent wrong colour. They just said they weren't in stock without any suggestion on what to do. I said can you swop them to be told there no longer available. I said I needed the stools so I would have to have them painted. No offer of a deal for them as they messed up, to cover cost of me having to paint then. appologies. Nothing. Shame customer service is poor as stools are nice. Wouldn't deal with again.
