Company themselves were excellent to deal with and super fast response times. Excellent product. Unfortunately the Installers communication was best described as appalling and horrendously slow BUT his on site manner and workmanship were amazing. Cant be all perfect overall very happy. Do not waste your time with this company - over 4 months and my order has still not arrived. They do not communicate about the delays unless you reach out and continue to provide ETAs that they still don’t meet. At this stage I am wondering if I have been scammed.
Absolutely digusted with this company and there lack of customer service. Ordered an ironing board cover on 1st Aug, still waiting! No follow-up from them. After contacting them about delay, being assured it would be dispatched during week, nothing, silence and no ironing board cover
BUYER BEWARE. 5 weeks after ordering I am still waiting for my clotheline, despite website saying 5-9 business days. Can only get automated replies from the company’s chatbots saying my matter will be escalated, which is then ignored. I have sent multiple requests for an update on time frames or a refund if they cannot supply the product. I am now lodging a complaint with NSW fair trading.

The purchasing process was smooth and easy, and their team was very helpful in answering all our questions and guiding us to the right product for our needs. The installation was also excellent; the installer was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job.
