Company in liquidation.
Has gone into receivership/ liquidation. Cant contact them only by email even then communication is frustrating. Did not receive the clothes line I ordered & no refund!! $400 out of pocket & still waiting to receive my money back.
We made an order in the beginning of September 2025. 4 months later and still haven't received our order. We have emailed them a few times requesting an update. Only responses we get are 6 week delay or we will give you an update once its made any progress. It's been 4 and half months! I would shop elsewhere.
Ordered 6 months ago, apparently steel shortages so they couldn't fullfill my order. Now they are claiming that the buisness isnt operating anymore but their website is still operating. They wont respond to providing a refund. Have created a fair trading enquiry please be prepared for dishonest operations and illegal operations.
I ordered & paid for a clothesline on 4th Dec 2025. I was told by the installer on 19 Jan 2026 they had gone into LIQUIDATION! I've commenced LEGAL proceedings against them. STEER CLEAR OF THESE CHARLATANS
