She will create a program with and for you, and she will put you through the paces, all with a smile. My wife and I both see her regularly, and we cannot recommend her enough.
I went to V with a goal to run my second marathon (first marathon was a decade prior). I was not at all in marathon shape, and so it felt like a lofty goal. V was extremely talented and built a custom training path which included in person trainings, at home/gym workouts and full meal plans that were custom to foods I liked.
