Daniel is excellent! I had been living with lower back pain for nearly 6 months and had tried everything. The next step was to get spinal injections to manage the pain. I decided to see Daniel and after a few weeks I have been able to manage the pain and am starting to go back to a more normal routine without the spinal injections.
Daniel and Bec are bright positive people. They are professional, respectful and very engaging, taking into consideration all your needs. The business is well equipped with modern performance measuring equipment, weights, exercising equipment and with plenty of space to exercise in and to monitor that the recommended exercises be performed correctly. I have been a patient at Lifestrong since February 2023 following a motorcycle accident. The diagnostic and treatment given by Stephen, Tom and Connor were amazing. It was nice to be remembered by Bec on Reception after my first visit.
I can't recommend Lifestrong Physiotherapy & Health Services highly enough. From the staff at reception to the physio's themselves, everyone is professional, attentive, and caring. Connor has been amazing helping me with my hip over the last 4 years or more while I've been waiting for a replacement. In fact I most certainly wouldn't have gotten through those years without him.
