Things have been wonderful, so far. Super clean remodeled apts are beautiful, love it Staff friendly, helpful. Only problem is it is a very old building with ongoing plumbing problems. Bathrooms are beautiful but back up frequently, sewage in the shower.... And that is on weekends and holidays. The new owners are much better
Mom just moved in. Neighbors are friendly. Staff friendly and helpful. Apartments appear to be remodeled. They are updated with modern features. Nice size closets and bedrooms. The kitchens are horrible. Soooo tiny. No cupboards for your dishes, pots, pans or food. 2 little burners to cook on. No oven. No counter space for a toaster oven. I feel bad for mother not being able to bake anything. Everyone I've spoken to says the meals served are not good. But the price isn't bad. So you take the good with the bad. My Mom has been living here for 6 months now. There have been renovations and improvements since she first moved in, and more improvements are planned. The common areas are spacious, well appointed and clean. On our recent visit we enjoyed a tasty lunch served by cheerful staff. My Mom is very happy there.
