I had an amazing experience at Life Spa Garden City. I received a CBD infused massage from Eddy and it was fantastic. He really took the time out to loosen up any muscle knotting especially in my shoulder area. Long Island is not known as a destination for premier spa services but Life spa is slowly changing my opinion about that. This location's best kept secret is Eddy! He is the masseuse and he is definitely a premiere massage therapist with decades of experience. I love that he gives you the option to talk or have a quiet session but I'd much prefer to talk to him he's well traveled into so many interesting things around the world!
