We contacted Lifescape during an incredibly stressful time, hoping for guidance on how to help our elderly parents access Medicaid. Eli was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and showed compassion when helping get my mom’s trust after my dad passed away. Eli did such a wonderful job with my mom’s affairs, my wife and I had him review our trust. Eli found several issues that needed updating modified to protect us against probate. We can’t thank Eli and the entire LifeScapes Law team for giving us peace of mind of having our afffairs in order.

Elijah helped me with my power of attorney and final requests with such care and kindness. He explained everything thoroughly and made it comfortable for me. I waited way to long to do this so I recommend anyone to take care of this as soon as you can. I know it's hard to talk about but Elijah took that concern out of my mind. Elijah Waugh made the process so simple and took a lot of time explaining details to my husband and I when we wanted a trust and estate plan written. We had a lot of questions after the first draft, and he was great at helping us understand all the information presented. I can't recommend him enough!
