They put me in the wrong First Aid Course....I tried to re-book in person...and they were talking to each other like i was invisible "we know what the policy is dont we girls" which is 0 refund whatever keep my money for nothing....then they called me after I left "my girl answered as I was driving" she was in the middle of trying to re-book for me and they hung up on her....Entitled stand off attitudes in the office and I never even got in a course....absolutely never will I go over there ever again
