Completey unprofessional. Literally robbed me of my money. Charged me $80 and did not even get the interlock, and now they are refusing to refund me. Did not want to give me DMV paperwork, and said I was ineligible as I show up for my appointment 45 minutes away. I clearly was, as I made an appointment with another company and had my license in just 3 days. Only took that long due to the weekend.
