Absolutely terrible customer service. Life Retreat refused to refund an UNUSED gift certificate and couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. No attempt to help, no compromise, just hiding behind policy and keeping the money. For a business that markets itself around wellness and care, the way they treat customers is the exact opposite. I had to cancel my appt. last minute (I got very sick overnight) and understand the inconvenience this puts on the staff. I would have rescheduled, but was told they would be taking my $50 deposit. I've been going to get massages here for a couple years now and have never canceled my appts. A little understanding would've kept me as a customer- life happens. Treat your customers better!
Use the massage chair and nobody instructed me how to use it. I spent the whole time trying to figure out how to use all the controls. That was not relaxing .I was told I would get to use the chair again for free and they could show me how to use it. I called There today have no notes on this incident and I am not able to use the chair for free.
