Honestly, a really cool place with some really nice pieces. However, my wife and I were scheduled to go to a sale this week (April 2026) and were able to sign up for the first day at an early time. Unfortunately, someone I believe was sick and they have cancelled that date. Now, we have to book a much later day and time, and given some other experiences, we're worried it'll be picked over and we missed out on the date we selected due to no reason within our control. Arrived for the third day of the Holiday Barn Sale (November 16) around 10:30am. This was my first visit. As I walked in, I noticed most walking out were leaving empty handed. I didn’t think much about it, but after walking through all areas and levels in the barn, I understood why. There really wasn’t a great selection of quality items; perhaps it was picked through due to it being the third day of the holiday barn sale. My friend went to the barn sale on my recommendation, I have been going for a few years. She bought 2 whicker rolling bins that were full of greens. I went to pick them up the next day after they removed the greens and the bottom in the carts were rotted out. I sent a Picture to ask if she saw it and she had not. The bins where 395$. She also bought other things and spent money. They offered her 10% off on her bins. I'm am upset I recommend this place to her. They should have been upfront and honest when they saw ... read more
