Update: I have been charged twice for one auto ship. The first charge was 9/30/2025 and the second was 10/2/2025. I still have no food. I cannot reach anyone on the phone to even alert them that I have been charged twice. I still have no food. I am off this morning to buy science diet dog food since I am out at this point. I hope our three dogs do not have any ill effects from abruptly changing their food. Great company that cares (in my experience over the years) about both the customer and quality of their products! We had a shipment get lost and contacted them and within an afternoon they had resent a new shipment and instructions on how to have the product sent to our residence directly. Cannot thank them enough for their kindness and understanding.
My card info was stolen and used here for $500. The kicker is it happened within 10 minutes of my swipe. When I reached out they didn't even look into it, and refused to help on their end, even though it was before being shipped where they couldve cancelled the order. Being a MLM company, wouldnt they want to know if there was a market partner commiting fraud!? Their prices are very oddly high, ship internationally within 3 days, closed on the weekends which is prime time and offer zero care for fraud charges. To me, it is a... read more
