Great company that cares (in my experience over the years) about both the customer and quality of their products! We had a shipment get lost and contacted them and within an afternoon they had resent a new shipment and instructions on how to have the product sent to our residence directly. Cannot thank them enough for their kindness and understanding.
My card info was stolen and used here for $500. The kicker is it happened within 10 minutes of my swipe. When I reached out they didn't even look into it, and refused to help on their end, even though it was before being shipped where they couldve cancelled the order. Being a MLM company, wouldnt they want to know if there was a market partner commiting fraud!? Their prices are very oddly high, ship internationally within 3 days, closed on the weekends which is prime time and offer zero care for fraud charges. To me, it is a... read more

My pup has been on this food for years and loves it! I had great experiences with the food online and picked up at their local warehouse. When I travel, they always hold the food for me to pick it up when I get back in town.
