During the past two months, they have apparently quit responding to phone calls or emails. If you call either one of their phone numbers, you will get a recorded message saying they will either put you in the queue and call you back or you can hold. We have held three times for over 20 minutes and no one answered. We have also left four requests for a return call and have gone unanswered. Receiving a humble "sincere apology from our CEO" email explaining the system challenges was very nice and refreshing. But... it was almost two months ago. The website continues to error out for the basic autoship edits, the emails to support are not answered and the support phone returns a busy signal. I have had my cats on they're dry food for years . Both of my cats can be picky eaters but really love the dry cat food. My 16-year-old cat has been on it her entire life. I use auto ship for savings on shipping.

My dog got sick with the new batch of food I ordered recently. I stopped the food and have been on a mission to contact the company to no avail. I have sent emails, calls, requested call back and not one person has contacted me. Despite going through system upgrades, it is ridiculous that it's been a week and non one has reached out.
