I needed an EPIRB programmed with a new MMSI and liferaftservices.com provided excellent support. They were very responsive and provided rapid turnaround. They also provided forms to register my EPIRB with NOAA. I highly recommend their support.

2nd Review After approx. 3 or so weeks a new EPIRB was delivered. They stayed in touch during the process and demonstrated IMHO reputable customer service, which gets 5 FIVE STARS. I am going to be a hard-A and revise my 1 Star to a 4 STAR overall. Holding back the Five Star due to the knuckle head that shipped me the original EPRIB. Would I Purchase from Liferaft/SurvialatSea....YES! Should have been a NEW EPIRB. What I received was a open, possibly used and poorly re-boxed EPIRB, which would only be used in a dire emergenc... read more
