This is one of the worst companies I have interacted with. I overpaid the outstanding bill for my daughter medical care and I needed receipt for the payment I did so I can get that reimbursed from insurance. Just to give a receipt notice, they are freaking taking more than 1 week now. Every time I call, they say their email system failed or they need their supervisor to have the email sent. What the heck. Just to sen me email confirmation.
