Based on my recent series of sessions with physical therapist, Sylvia, of LifePT, I highly recommend her services! A rotator cuff injury was my primary reason for starting to work with Sylvia. Sylvia is the absolute best healing massage therapist as well as understanding the body from a Physical Therapist perspective. I can say unequivocally without her guidance and daily healing therapy, I would not be walking today.

Hayley recommend. Never had a physical therapy assessment before. Sylvia Ruetz Is really good. She shows you and educate you on everything in your body that’s going on and how to do exercise exercises to reduce pain. Move your joints and muscles to get you back into proper health and shape. I will pay private pay anytime to work with somebody that will take a video of you doing the actual exercises properly so that you can do them at home thank you so much.
