I had been struggling with nagging pain in my right shoulder blade for several years, despite being a physical therapist myself and trying everything I could think of—manual therapy, heat and cold compresses, stretching, strengthening exercises, cupping therapy, ultrasound, TENS, massage, foam roller, trigger point release, trigger point injection and various pain relievers. Hayley recommend. Never had a physical therapy assessment before. Sylvia Ruetz Is really good. She shows you and educate you on everything in your body that’s going on and how to do exercise exercises to reduce pain. Move your joints and muscles to get you back into proper health and shape. I will pay private pay anytime to work with somebody that will take a video of you doing the actual exercises properly so that you can do them at home thank you so much.
