I absolutely LOVE my case! I purchased one about a year ago, and unfortunately due to my job being insanely active (I'm a zookeeper, and my phone is ALWAYS on me... needless to say it is subject to some pretty nasty abuse from all ends) and am constantly dropping my phone. I had lost the headphone jack and the port that allows the charging chord to be inserted had broken, allowing dirt to come in to my phone. The case failed and let water in. Ruining my iPhone. The good news- LP replaced the case as it was only 4 months old. The bad news- I was out $400 for a new device. There has to be a way to insure that the device will be replaced!!
