Pelvic Health Physiotherapy! Many people don't know that there is such a thing, available to both men and women! I was a patient of Nirali (Nikkie) Mehta who taught me alot about pelvic health (beyond kegals!) and how to prevent pelvic health issues in the future. She was wonderful and it was a very positive experience at Lifemark Physiotherapy in Westmount Mall (top floor).
Nirali has fixed my neck up several times now, would totally recommend
My experience from start to finish was excellent, staff was knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. End result was a complete recovery.
