If you want to heal you go to main and Kenilworth lifemark. I was there twice a week for 4 months and since day one everyone was so nice and professional. They know what you need and how much to push to get you stronger then the day before. -Cuz if you do it once you can do it again - Thank you so much everyone who worked with me and put up with my grumbling with positive attitudes. I'll miss you all, specially that core box.
