While I would like to really appreciate Ameena, who works at this centre and was really sweet, the rest of the experience wasn't nice at all. Allison, the rudest receptionist ever, the one working in the evening of March 19. Treats WSIB/ People of colour / patients with disdain, had no idea about what she needed to communicate with WSIB. Andrew took his time to diagnose the problem correctly, then explained the process and the exercises to be done very well. Although the healing process was a long one, Andrew and the staff did a very good job of understanding my needs. The entire process felt less of a burden because of the friendly atmosphere here and I highly recommend this clinic and Andrew for all your physiotherapy needs.
I had a wonderful experience with everyone at this clinic. It is a nice, warm and professional atmosphere here. The receptionist is absolutely nice and such a pleasure to speak with and Andrew, who was my physio, worked for several weeks to get my wrist to be functional again. With proper guidance, I was able to learn how to strengthen my wrist to lessen the pain I felt and use it more and more each day.
