Nicole Kohlert has been treating me for MS. I was referred by Dr. Mascaro who had great things to say about lifemark and I’m so glad I took his advice. Nicole is very knowledgeable, Compassionate and comes with years of experience. She is by far the best therapist I have encountered. I have drop foot and weakness in my right arm and hand. This place is fantastic. Everyone is friendly, calm, and very professional, exactly the kind of demeanor you want in a health clinic. The receptionist Nadine is so competent and really good at remembering people. I went in for pelvic physio after having a baby and I loved my experience with Bahaa El Sarraf, who was patient, informative, and non-judgmental when I neglected to do the exercises -- by the way she is fluent in English and French!! I have been going here for years to treat chronic post-concussion syndrome. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, and always willing to help out. Currently I am working with Alexia a physiotherapist at the clinic. She has managed my care SO well and is incredibly knowledgeable. She has helped me work on many aspects of care related to my concussions, including: digestion, strength and mobility, headaches and neck pain, visual and vestibular issues, and many more.
