This has been a true blessing . I have gained and lost weight since I was in seventh grade on diets . This is the greatest treatment of respect and medical awareness possible. Such a professional scientific based treatment of lifelong lifestyle changes . I have lost to meet my goal and maintained for almost a year . Understanding that weight loss is a lifelong program is so comforting . Best decision I ever made was to include medicine and lifestyle education in my life.
