It would be nice if the receptionist Shawna could actually not raise her voice and over talk the color when they're trying to communicate a request and she doesn't want to deal with it. Highly unprofessional but what I have come to expect

Can I have a ZERO please🙏 Edit: They also have a complete monopoly. I can't even use Chicken Soup Brigade without agreeing to Lifelong's terms and conditions. The King County Ryan White Program recommended I work things out with Lifelong. Yes, Lifelong told me that we had moving expenses and then pulled the money hours before our move. Yes, Lifelong refused to continue Chicken Soup Brigade because I wouldn't allow them to manage my health (case management) after such a major snafu. This is a great facility. It's very fast, there are very seldomly people ahead of you in line, everyone's friendly and easy to work with, and they have most every item and test that you will need. I've been going to them for about 10 years, and the quality of care j always been the same!

This organization is so messed up. They are very unorganized!! Made my son lose his housing voucher by not forwarding his mail to him or emails sent to him through his very inept case manager, Mina Alvarez. He's still homeless because of there total incompetence. Unbelievable.

But this one star is for being in my protected health information on the DOH website. Lifelong said no services. So I said No signature. No funding. No access. You now have an HHS complaint for violating HIPAA.
