It would be nice if the receptionist Shawna could actually not raise her voice and over talk the color when they're trying to communicate a request and she doesn't want to deal with it. Highly unprofessional but what I have come to expect
Can I have a ZERO please🙏 Edit: They also have a complete monopoly. I can't even use Chicken Soup Brigade without agreeing to Lifelong's terms and conditions. The King County Ryan White Program recommended I work things out with Lifelong. Yes, Lifelong told me that we had moving expenses and then pulled the money hours before our move. Yes, Lifelong refused to continue Chicken Soup Brigade because I wouldn't allow them to manage my health (case management) after such a major snafu.
