Great place to learn about being healthy and loved the classes salad and prayer. Everyone at center is very friendly!!!
Changed my life and has helped me a lot learning about nutrition. Have lost more weight naturally than killing myself in the gym for a couple of months till i woulx get burned oit and regainning it again. I highly recommend this place to everyone with a chronic disease
