Basically, they did not show up for three trips and so I have informed Modivcare that they are not welcome to pick up my loved one for any appointments. I addition, they double booked themselves ( reason for no show) and somehow it was my fault and " oh well,better luck next time" attitude.

Went to Lifeline for a interview and was blown away by their professionalism. I have worked I. Medical transportation as a second income for some time now. Usually these companies are dirty, vehicles and ran down and all they care about is making their money, but not this place. I walked In to the office I was greeted with a smile. If I could give lower I would! Every time my special needs son needs transportation logistic care sends this company. They are horrible!! I've waited hrs to get picked up several times. A few times I had to take cabs home from Drs offices because waiting for a pick up that may not happen with my son is not good.
