Gator went above and beyond, out of his way, to help us. We were only going to be in Port Canaveral for a couple of days in desperate need of an either massive dinghy repair or a new dinghy. Gator was incredibly knowledgeable, walked us through all options, and helped outfit us superbly in the exact dinghy we needed within one day of our phone call to him - trailer delivery and all. Delivery was on time and covered all the details on how to operate the dinghy. I would highly recommend Lifeline for any of your boating needs.
I have purchased two inflatable dinghies from Gator (and his wife) at Lifeline. He is not only a pleasure to work with, he provides a full service experience. When you take delivery of your inflatable he hands you a full completed and notarized package of documents to take to the registry and title/register. Bought a new 9.9 Tohatsu from Lifeline, in stock and picked up a few hours after I called. Super knowledgeable staff gave me a great rundown on the new engine and some great tips. Cool business ran by the nicest people.
Chuck, the owner of lifeline marine, was incredibly accommodating. Our high field dinghy has a welding manufacturer issue on it that was causing it to take on water. The dinghy was out of warranty and we were the second owners with no paperwork. Chucks was the only dealer for high field that reached out to their warranty department to get us a credit issued for something that should have been under warranty and fixed us up with a brand new one right away.
