Awesome place to be daily .
The first time I ever went to LIFEforia was for a massage. No one told me, when I booked, that I had to show up 30 minutes early. I showed up about 10 minutes early, and had the paper work done in plenty of time. The massage therapist I had (I can't remember her name - I wish I could!) came out when I arrived, and got angry at me for not being there sooner. Lifeforia is a place I go to relax, meet with friends and be myself. We love the exercise classes with great instructors. The services offered and wonderful and some are very unique especially the luxury cocoon wraps.A must for everyone! Lifeforia is a great place and the staff is awesome. It cannot be beat by any other health club in the Soo.
This is a great health club, spa. I've never felt so healthy and relaxed due to there weight room, warm marble sauna, steam room and Wellness area if desired. They even have a quite meditation area, I call it, with fireplace and reading material. The staff is exceptional. If you went for a day, you will want to go back again, that's for sure.
