Program is completely overpromised. Very disappointed. The program is ridiculously understaffed and you have to wait weeks for an appointment. Their customer service is non existent or caring. Would not recommend. Happy to post email string where you stated how my business was important and you intended to make things right…. EXCEPT no one ever got back to me even after reaching back out to Colin, our so called “rep”.

They Canceled My Treatment and Blocked My Account Without Notice I was a paying Lifeforce member, enrolled in a treatment plan that included provider access and prescription refills. Lifeforce canceled my membership, blocked my access to the dashboard, and cut off communication with my provider—without warning or explanation. I've been mostly satisfied with the Lifeforce membership. I needed to contact customer support right after I signed up and they were super helpful. They also helped me schedule an in-home blood draw, which was much more convenient than driving to the nearest Labcorp location. I got my results a few days later and was impressed with how detailed the information is on the website. My Zoom with the Lifeforce medical professional was also positive.
