Program is completely overpromised. Very disappointed. The program is ridiculously understaffed and you have to wait weeks for an appointment. Their customer service is non existent or caring. Would not recommend. Happy to post email string where you stated how my business was important and you intended to make things right…. EXCEPT no one ever got back to me even after reaching back out to Colin, our so called “rep”.

They Canceled My Treatment and Blocked My Account Without Notice I was a paying Lifeforce member, enrolled in a treatment plan that included provider access and prescription refills. Lifeforce canceled my membership, blocked my access to the dashboard, and cut off communication with my provider—without warning or explanation. I reached out multiple times to resolve the issue and requested access to my medical records and prescriptions.
