I was dealing with bad GERD issues, but after my initial visit with Maria-Paula, she noticed something else that I missed. Anxiety. Not only did Maria-Paula set me on the correct nutritional path that I needed to deal with GERD, she also advised me to seek therapy to deal with my anxiety that was causing my GERD. Never in a million years, I thought I needed therapy. I'm glad I found LifeCycle to help me through all of this. Highly recommend Maria-Paula, who is exceptional and caring.
