Shane and his wife run a great spin gym. They focus on power based workouts with specific objectives for the workouts. You can always do your own workout or a recovery ride if the planned one doesn't work for you. Great place!

Quality cycling and yoga studio with top of the line equipment and trainers. Many classes offered throughout the week. The bikes are computerized to allow you to see your performance metrics. Fun and excellent way to get in shape.
