I was upset with life care ttranpoation did not show up to pick me up to go to bowling.
While some drivers have been amazing and I’m so grateful for them others have been considerably negligent and alarming in their abilities and duties. In reading the reviews posted it also appears as though the company take no responsibility for their shortcomings and duties which is the sole reason I’m posting. Please improve. I’m hoping you do!
When I first called them, they didn’t answer the phone and it took three days and several calls from my case manager to get ahold of them. When I did talk to him he did seem professional and understanding. I asked questions and made clear my schedule for getting to work. I needed to be picked up at 12:00 in the morning, no sooner, no later. And he said he could do that. But when Monday came, he arrived at 11:00 am to pick me up and I wasn’t even out of bed!
