When I first called them, they didn’t answer the phone and it took three days and several calls from my case manager to get ahold of them. When I did talk to him he did seem professional and understanding. I asked questions and made clear my schedule for getting to work. I needed to be picked up at 12:00 in the morning, no sooner, no later. And he said he could do that. But when Monday came, he arrived at 11:00 am to pick me up and I wasn’t even out of bed! While some drivers have been amazing and I’m so grateful for them others have been considerably negligent and alarming in their abilities and duties. In reading the reviews posted it also appears as though the company take no responsibility for their shortcomings and duties which is the sole reason I’m posting. Please improve. I’m hoping you do!

Was driving my son home in the car and notice this van in front of me was serving between both lanes of traffic of a very busy part of 16 where it's only one lane. It was severally concerning once I saw the name on the side of the van. This is unacceptable for a TRANSPORTATION company.
