I recently attended Lifecare Prendiville Physio and was treated by Ben. Ben diagnosed my issue very well and commenced treatment immediately. He was very professional, affable, and knowledgeable. My back responded very well to his treatment and I was extremely happy with Ben’s expertise and care. I would highly recommend Lifecare Physio and Ben to anyone needing excellent Physio services.
Brad was great at talking through my issue and explaining what I need to do to recover fast.
After my shoulder surgery I started Physiotherapy at Lifecare Prendiville Physiotherapy with Ben. Ben helped me with pain over the weeks and to get my shoulder movements back .Thank you Ben for your wonderful treatment and your friendliness. I recommend Ben as a physiotherapist to anyone.
Jos Gardner, Senior Physiotherapist, is the only person I fully trust to help me with my neck and other injuries I’ve had over the years. I always refer family and friends to him. It’s easy to get appointments as he works at 3 different northern suburbs clinics so if I have an injury I can get into see him. He’s very thorough in initial consultations identifying the root cause of the issue. I love that he does massage, dry needling, heat therapy and follows up to make sure I’m doing ok. Highly recommend!
I saw Arifa at Life Care for a knee issue and had three physio sessions with her. She was kind, professional, and really took the time to listen and explain what was going on with my knee. The exercises she recommended were easy to follow and genuinely helped me feel more confident in my recovery. I appreciated her calm and supportive approach—she made the whole experience a lot less daunting. Highly recommend Arifa if you're looking for a knowledgeable and approachable physio!
