We had a great experience with Jos and our son who had a foot injury. Jos was able to assist him in getting walking again doing the things he enjoys :-)
Ben was fantastic. Responsive to my needs and adapted when they changed. He explained things in vocabulary I understand and gave multiple variations of exercises to get to what was needed.

I have been going to Lifecare Prendiville for a few years for treatment of my back and neck issues. I see Jos for treatments which can include dry needling to get things moving again. I also see Shannon for remedial massage to loosen those tight muscles. I highly recommend the team at Lifecare.
