Brad was great at talking through my issue and explaining what I need to do to recover fast.
After my shoulder surgery I started Physiotherapy at Lifecare Prendiville Physiotherapy with Ben. Ben helped me with pain over the weeks and to get my shoulder movements back .Thank you Ben for your wonderful treatment and your friendliness. I recommend Ben as a physiotherapist to anyone.
Jos Gardner, Senior Physiotherapist, is the only person I fully trust to help me with my neck and other injuries I’ve had over the years. I always refer family and friends to him. It’s easy to get appointments as he works at 3 different northern suburbs clinics so if I have an injury I can get into see him. He’s very thorough in initial consultations identifying the root cause of the issue. I love that he does massage, dry needling, heat therapy and follows up to make sure I’m doing ok. Highly recommend!
I saw Arifa at Life Care for a knee issue and had three physio sessions with her. She was kind, professional, and really took the time to listen and explain what was going on with my knee. The exercises she recommended were easy to follow and genuinely helped me feel more confident in my recovery. I appreciated her calm and supportive approach—she made the whole experience a lot less daunting. Highly recommend Arifa if you're looking for a knowledgeable and approachable physio!
Attended life care prendiville physio for aprox 5 sessions with Arifa. Was given great advice and treatment in a friendly and comfortable way. My problem has much improved since my pelvic floor sessions with Arifa. My sessions are now finished and as advised I must continue my prescribed exercises to keep up with my improved health .Arifa was very encouraging and explained everything to me in a manner that I understood.
