Jerome is the best physio I have ever seen. As a female marathon runner, I had a stress fracture. The training and recovery plan Jerome created for me has helped me to get back to running gradually. Jerome is very patient and answers all my stupid questions.
Wonderful Physiotherapy practice! I have been seeing Alex Balnaves for the past 6 months. Initially for Prehab. before knee surgery, then to rebuild strength and confidence afterwards. Every step of the way, Alex has been kind and supportive. Knowledgeable and a great listener, he creates an exercise program that is realistic, practical and tailored to each person.This is someone who goes above and beyond. Thank you Alex.
I have been seeing Alex Balnaves for knee pain from running. He has a realistic and practical approach to treatment that has been effective in addressing my issues. This is seriously the most wonderful practice! The culture, the support and commitment from the physio’s and other allied health staff is incredible. They all work so collaboratively together you very much feel like you are part of the family! All the Physio’s very much go above and beyond to help you get back on your feet. I have worked very closely with Aidan, Josh and Alex and can highly recommend all of them.
I have been attending Lifecare for clinical pilates sessions for over 10 years in an effort to remain injury free so I can continue to enjoy golf and travel in my retirement.
