saw Alex Balnaves for a sports injury/strained shoulder, couldn't recommend more! he asked plenty of questions to nail down the issue and the exercises he recommended showed immediate results! super attentive and very thoughtful in following up after the fact :)))

Alex Balnaves at Lifecare is a world-class physio. His experience and knowledge is vast and communication style, kind and thoughtful. Alex prescribed me stretches and a routine that undid the back pain I was experiencing which I’m very grateful for. A great team over there at Lifecare Malvern.
