I regularly see Lisa and now Eden and they are both amazing! Always attentive and helpful during our pilates sessions. Eden especially always listens to my concerns and offers helpful advice or solutions, working alongside me to help me get the best out of our sessions. I'd give ten out ten stars if I could!

I am currently working with Eden and Nikki (Allied Health Assistant), who have both been amazing and so supportive to my needs and goals as an NDIS participant. They go above and beyond to assist me where needed and help me feel comfortable. I am very grateful of their support. All staff at Lifecare Frankston are extremely Approachable and friendly. Best place to have fun with the fabulous staff during Pilates class whilst strengthening the core and other more scales and improving abilities, mobility and balance or recovering from surgery as I’ve observed others’ progress. Professional staff and support staff all so welcoming and friendly. I’m so glad I found Lifecare.
