The team at lifecare Frankston are amazing! From the first interaction with Jacqui to dealing with Josh(physio) and Will(myotherapist) they assisted me in getting a gold medal for a state athletics championship to help me move forward to South Korea 2026!
Very knowledgeable and caring staff
I have been seeing Sam Mayes for a shoulder injury and upcoming knee replacement for the last 12 months. Sam is an excellent clinician and professional physiotherapist with a very thoroughly knowledge of rehabilative exercises for specific injuries and muscle strengthening. I highly recommend Sam as a physiotherapist and an all round gentleman.
