Would love to highlight Tim’s style of work. Transparency and honesty even when things are progressing slower than “ most folks that might’ve had the same operation”. I’ve appreciated how he measures my improvement so I can actually see the progress ( as I’m usually too scared to do it myself 😅) it’s a huge confidence booster! He’s also super quick to turn around any paperwork I’ve needed for my return to work and physio reports for the hospital check ups! Nothing but positive experiences. Thanks Tim and Reception folks🙂

Massive shout out to Senior Physio Joanne Brown. Joanne really takes her time to treat you as a person, understanding, caring and honest. She has the right balance of empathy and “lets get you better” to make a difference to the healing journey. Super knowledgeable reading the MRI scan and explains things really easily. I have complete confidence and highly recommend.
It was really good but the wait was long.
