Nice people that work there, but seems disorganized. I would not recommend ordering from there if an item is not already in the store.
I was at the Hilliard location on Saturday, and even though I didn’t buy anything I had the best experience. Jacob, I believe, was working when I came in and he is seriously the nicest person I have met in my entire life. I have never had that amount of customer service before, he was extremely helpful, he wouldn’t give up helping me find my size.
