I have been seeing Tracey both for meditation and spiritual healing /hypnotherapy sessions for over ten years. In that time Tracey has been an amazing support system for me - encouraging me with positive goal setting and enlightenment. I cannot thank her enough. She is definitely an angel on earth

Tracey is calm, grounded and very nurturing and takes you on a beautiful journey of self discovery. I always feel safe and supported during our sessions and she has helped me clear away many unhealthy patterns and limiting beliefs that have held me back from being my authentic self. Working with Tracey is one of the best things I have ever done and I cannot thank her enough for gifting me with the possibility to live my best life.

I have been seeing Tracey for about 15 years, she has helped me through some very traumatic, difficult & sad times in my life. Tracey's healing techniques have helped me to stay calm, breath and relax. She has taught me to forgive myself, live & love everybody everyday.
