I have no idea how this apartment complex managed to get a 4.6 star rating. So, all these 5 star-reviews are about the apartment manager (Mary)? Interesting! Is she on the verge of losing her job? I visit a large portfolio of properties, and I don’t typically send notes like this; but I felt compelled to highlight a community that truly stood out. The manager, Mary, exceeds every expectation. She's sharp, insightful, effective, reliable, thoughtful, assertive, straightforward, communicative while still being personable. This place is not for you if you want peace of mind. When you move out they charge you where they can. I was charged late fee $175 because their system was messed up and did not calculate fee for just 11 days. I declined to pay the whole month rent and offered to pay check and Mary said they can't accept and refused to help me saying there's nothing she can do. I should just pay the whole rent online. I did not trust them to give my money back. They made us join a damage waiver program with not being able to opt out of it. S... read more
